Description
Bearing loads of single, fragrant pinkish-white flowers in April and early May, combined with its reddish-purple foliage, the Purpleleaf Sand Cherry is a very popular choice in today’s landscapes. If left natural, it has a wispy, wild appearance, however with regular pruning a full, rounded shrub can be achieved and kept to a smaller scale. Grows best in full sun.
