Phlox, Garden ‘Flame Coral Red’
Description
This outstanding dwarf selection is one of the shortest yet introduced. It forms a bushy mound, perfect for near the front of a sunny border or in mixed containers. The large clusters of fragrant flowers are vibrant coral-red, starting in midsummer. Remove faded blooms to encourage more buds. Attractive to butterflies. Flowering is always best in a sunny location. Reported to have good resistance to powdery mildew.
