Description
This deciduous conifer grows 50-60 ft. or taller. In its youth is pyramid-shaped. Sage-green leaves, which appear to be needles (but are not) resemble feathers. The feature that bald cypresses are really known for, though, is their “knees”, that help with aeration of the roots and stabilization of the tree.
