Corn Salsa with Cilantro
- 2 cans corn, rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 pepper, small dice (can be green and red)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 tsp. guajillo chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly.
