The Heritage River Birch is noted for its heavily exfoliating branches of cream, salmon and gray. Bronze birch borer resistance, lightweight wood and smaller surface roots are some other great attributes. Its green foliage turns shades of yellow in the fall. Best planted in full sun. Attracts songbirds. Tolerates clay soils and urban environments. Great for naturalizing in wetland environments. Deer resistant.
