Calathea Pinstripe

Description

The Calathea ornata (also called the Calathea Pinstripe or Pinstripe plant) is a beautiful plant with pink stripes on its large green leaves.

There are many varieties of Calathea, with foliage ranging from rounded to long and narrow, but one thing is for sure, they all have some sort of fancy markings usually in shades of green, silver, pink or purple. Calathea grows best in medium to low light and should be shielded from direct sunlight to prevent any leaf burn. Keep the soil moist but not overly wet or soggy.
