Description

Cauliflower is the most challenging member of the cabbage family to grow. The secret is to water and feed the young plants to ensure constant and fast growth during the cool season that cauliflower prefer. It requires consistently cool temperatures with temperatures in the 60°F’s. Otherwise, it may prematurely “button”—form small, button-size heads—rather than forming a single, large head.
