Description
Piper crocatum is a vining plant with thick, glossy leaves that truly dazzle the eye. Olive green leaves are speckled pink along the veining that really gives it a one-of-a-kind look. Piper is a vining plant that loves to climb on moss poles and stakes. Moderate to bright, indirect light is preferred but be sure to keep out of direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves. Low light causes slower growth and greater gaps between the leaves. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry to the touch.
