Marigold
Description
Marigolds are an old favorite for bright color in the summer garden. We grow two species, the dwarf french Marigold (Tagetes patula) which includes the Durango varieties. These come in shades of oranges and yellows. The 10-12 inch tall, bushy, Antigua variety (Tagetes erecta), grow large flowering rounded pom pom-like blooms.  The Durango Variety produces 3″ in diameter on a 12-16 inch tall plant.
