Primrose
Description
Primrose are a great early spring bloomer. An annual with small flowers arranged in tiers on slender stalks. It should be discarded after blooming. A European perennial with many hybrids, the English Primrose will not generally flower again indoors. In spring it can be planted outdoors in a shaded location where it will flower in subsequent years during late spring and early summer. The flowers are available in many different colors, from red, yellows and pinks to soft lavenders. The yellow one has a faint scent to it. Available in 4″ pots. Prefers moderately moist soil but do not allow to sit in water.
