The Fuji Apple has fruit that varies from yellow-green with red highlights to mostly red. Aromatic, super sweet, super crisp and super juicy with a firm texture. Blooms mid-April and requires a pollinator such as ‘Honeycrisp’ for best fruit production. Fruit ripens in mid-October. A semi-dwarf variety.
