Description
The traditional Easter lily is the time-honored flower of Easter. Available in single, double, or triple stem, each plant stands roughly 20″ tall with 5 or more fragrant white trumpet shaped blooms per stem.
To extend the life of your lilies, remove the yellow anthers before the pollen starts to shed. This prolongs the bloom time and prevents the pollen from staining the white flowers. Even after the last bloom has withered and has been cut away, you can continue to grow your Easter Lilies, and even plant them outside in your garden to enjoy for years to come!
Â
“Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon, in all his glory, was not arrayed like one of these.” Matthew 6:28-29
