Description
Nandina domestica ‘Gulf Stream’ is one of the best compact shrubs for 3 season foliage interest. New leaves emerge scarlet red in spring while older leaves range from blue-green to gold and red as small white flowers appear. The compact shape is ideal for use around foundations or in mixed borders. Overall, a very hardy, trouble-free and colorful evergreen shrub with vibrant, ever-changing foliage.
Please note that both leaves and berries are toxic to livestock, domestic animals, and wildlife. To keep birds safe, cut off the berries as soon as they appear.
