Description
Probably the most dramatic of the variegated Yucca, Color Guard produces bright gold leaves that are edged in green and turn pink and coral in winter. In mid-summer, it sends up 5-6′ tall stalks which support dozens of bell-shaped, creamy-white flowers. Provides architectural interest and pizzazz for your perennial border, also lending a southwestern or contemporary flair. Definitely grows best in full sun and drier soils.
