Azalea Evergreen ‘Girard’s Dwarf Lavender’
This densely branched, very compact globe variety of evergreen azalea is great for small spaces. The 2-inch soft lavender flowers cover the plant in May. It tolerates shady locations, but grows best in partial sun. Compact rounded habit makes an excellent choice for foundation plantings, borders, as well as ground covers.

Prefers average to moist, well-drained acidic soil, rich in organic matter. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish a deep root system. Evergreens prefer an acidic fertilizer.
