Hydrangea ‘Strawberry Sundae’

The enormous flower panicles emerge creamy white in mid summer, change to pink and finally to strawberry red. Red flower color persists for at least 3-4 weeks. Very similar to Vanilla Strawberry; just smaller in stature.
Hydrangea paniculata 'Rensun'
Prefers good, loamy soil although it is adaptable to many soil types, and consistant average moisture. Water regularly during the first growing season, particularly in the heat of summer to establish a deep root system. Do not let dry out.
Mounded, vase-shaped habit.
Green leaves turn yellow in fall.
Large creamy-white flowers turn pink then red with age. Blooms July-September.
